Our return period is 14 days from the date of delivery and is applicable to the original purchaser. Our Technician must evaluate the condition of the CyberX before processing a return. A non-refundable fee of 50% will be deducted from the total amount eligible for a refund on the day of purchase. Discounts are non refundable. The bike should exhibit no signs of wear and tear, and the odometer reading should be less than 25 miles. After receiving and inspecting the CyberX, refunds will be issued. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.
