If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 15 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds take 2 weeks to process.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
